Foundation Training is a set of body-weight exercises that apply the principal concepts of Anchoring and Decompression Breathing, with specific movements and techniques to relieve back and joint tension, counteracting the imbalances that come from habits of modern life.

Eva Montalvo is a Level I Certified Instructor who can guide you through these exercises, to help you move and feel better in your body.
