Goodbye January

Wow the first month of 2022 is almost over! Here in south Florida we are having a "cold snap," which is extremely mild compared to what the northern U.S. states and Canada is experiencing. My heavy winter coat is still stored away, and I hope I never need it.

I live in a 55+ community, and right now it's filled with "snowbirds," who are only here for the winter. It's fun to see more people in our walks around the neighborhood, and to meet arriving neighbors. At this time we don't have any official activities, so seeing each other outdoors is all we have.

As we wrap up January, and look forward to a new month, I'm aware that in a way February may be the same. Yet there's a lot of discussion about resuming in-person events with safety protocols. So while my schedule is a bit scaled back, I'm also very busy with these discussions and planning.

Wherever you are, I hope you stay warm, safe, and active. I provide many yoga options now, including group classes or 1-on-1 sessions via Zoom or in-person, and video recordings.

Stay Warm and Safe,
